Download the app, open it, and go to Settings. You'll need a free API key to use the AI chat feature. Click the link in Settings to get one — it takes 30 seconds.
Go to console.groq.com, sign up with your email or Google account (free, no credit card), then go to API Keys and create a new key. Copy it and paste it in the app's Settings page.
Yes. The app has been scanned by 70 antivirus engines on VirusTotal with 0 detections. No data is collected or stored. Your messages go directly to the AI and nothing is saved.
The app supports multiple free AI models including LLaMA 3.1 8B (fastest, 14,400 requests/day), LLaMA 4 Scout 17B, LLaMA 3.3 70B, and Qwen 3 32B. You can switch between them in Settings.
Currently only Windows 10/11 is supported. Mac and Linux support may come in the future.
